No Professional Relationship

Using our website or public research tools does not create a consulting, legal, financial, real estate, or professional services relationship between you and ASR Enterprises LLC. Consulting engagements are established only through separate written agreements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access our site or tools at a volume that degrades service for other users.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit data obtained through our public research tools.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASR Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our site or tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greenville County, South Carolina, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. If both parties agree in writing, an alternative arbitration provider may be used. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, EULA, and Data Processing Addendum (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and ASR Enterprises LLC regarding your use of our site and services, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Separate consulting engagement agreements, if any, supplement but do not replace these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
