This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of integrations, applications, and software tools developed or operated by ASR Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). By authorizing a connection to your account or using any of our software tools, you agree to this EULA.

This EULA supplements our Terms of Service, which govern your overall use of our site and services. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control except where this EULA addresses software-specific provisions.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our integrations and tools for your internal business purposes. This license is valid for as long as the integration remains connected and authorized.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or use our tools to build a competing product or service. You may not use the integrations to access data belonging to accounts you are not authorized to manage.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our integrations is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are a consulting client, our Data Processing Addendum also applies. We access only the data necessary for authorized tasks and do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Disclaimer

These tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ASR Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these tools, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or errors in retrieved data. You are responsible for verifying any data accessed through our integrations before acting on it.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by revoking access through the connected service's account settings. We may terminate access if we determine the integration is being used in violation of this agreement or applicable law.
